SelfRX collects only the data necessary to provide the service. This includes your email address for account creation, protocol logs you enter, daily check-in scores, and health metrics you choose to sync via Apple HealthKit, Oura, or WHOOP.
Your health data is stored on-device and is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. When you connect a wearable or Apple Health, we request only the permissions you explicitly grant. You can revoke access at any time from iOS Settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your health information with advertisers. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes — never individual records.
Lyra AI uses your protocol data and health metrics to generate insights. Conversations with Lyra are processed securely and are not used to train external AI models. You can delete your Lyra data at any time from the app.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@selfrx.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
